Delivery policy
We will deliver immediately upon order confirmation. If ordering a combo, please specify your preferred delivery time in the order notes. For safety, we practice contactless delivery, leaving the combo at your doorstep. If there are any changes or if you wish to cancel your order, please do so within 10 minutes of placing it. Our customer support team is always ready to assist you during business hours through the contact information provided in your order.
For those who prefer an earlier delivery time, we also provide an option for delivery the night before.
Reheating Tips
Understanding the challenges of Saigon's climate and the importance of preserving food quality during transportation, we employ cutting-edge Blast Chiller technology. This ensures that all our meal packages remain cool and maintain their freshness.
Upon receiving your package, simply store it in the fridge (2 - 5 degrees Celsius) and reheat it in the microwave for approximately 2 minutes. If you'd like us to handle the reheating for you, feel free to contact our Organic Roots staff on Facebook.
